US AI Safety Institute
US AI Safety Institute (US AISI) is a federal organization within the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) responsible for AI safety evaluation and standards development. Established by executive order, US AISI develops guidelines, benchmarks, and testing protocols for evaluating frontier AI systems.
